Add Multum Lexicon to the Vocabulary #170

I created a post about this here but in a nutshell I would like to add the Multum Lexicon drug classification system to the vocabulary, the details of which are located here.

I have old Chemotherapy data in Intellidose for which this would be enormously valuable. Yes, please.

The problem is it won't work for RxNorm Extension, and we will not burden ourselves of making it so. Why do we need another drug classification?
