Pre-existing hypertensive chronic kidney disease in mother complicating pregnancy (45757356) is a direct descendant of Hypertensive disorder (316866) #396

This is not consistent with how "Hypertensive chronic kidney disease" is otherwise classified in the CDM, which is in the Hypertensive renal disease area (https://athena.ohdsi.org/search-terms/terms/201313).

I think that this relationship should be removed, as all of the other Hypertensive renal disease codes ultimately roll up to Hypertensive complication rather than Hypertensive disorder.

@katy-sadowski , this is a very good find. I think we do have a couple of those "due to" / "is a" contradictory relationships. This can sometimes be affected by how SNOMED puts those and we have already tried to get on top of that together with them. Not a particularly easy task. We will attend to that particular one, though! Thanks Mik
