Describe the problem in content A clear and concise description of what you found and how it is affecting your processes, ETL or analysis.

I have been performing queries to find Drug concepts that map to antineoplastic drugs. As part of this effort, I found that the SPL concept "PAIN RELIEF EXTRA STRENGTH - acetaminophen tablet, coated" (45629268) is mapped to the RxNorm concept "azacitidine 100 MG Injection" (1314867). This does not seem right.

How to find it Help us reproducing the problem and researching the issue. Links to Athena concepts can be helpful.

See Athena links above.

Expected adjustments A clear and concise description of what you expect the Vocabulary Team to change. If you have collected information in a spreadsheet, please share it with us.

We should remove this mapping from the concept relationships.

Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Hi @adwasser , you are right, this mapping is odd...

I found that we have approx. 60k entries with "classical" {Maps to} relationships into RxNorm where the majority only has the {SPL to RxNorm (NLM)} relationships. I will investigate where we get these mappings from.

thanks ~ mik
