what is our convention on Secondary malignant neoplasms mapping? #723

https://athena.ohdsi.org/search-terms/terms/44836851 maps both to SNOMED and Cancer modifier concepts https://athena.ohdsi.org/search-terms/terms/35206332 maps only to a Cancer modifier

I believe the second is a mistake and we are going to support both mappings?

196925 Secondary malignant neoplasm of retroperitoneum and peritoneum 4147162 Secondary malignant neoplasm of respiratory and digestive systems 198700 Secondary malignant neoplasm of liver 200348 Secondary malignant neoplasm of large intestine

these are the concepts which count dropped in about in a half comparing to the previous version of the vocabulary run on the same database. Probably ICD9CM lost such mappings, ICD10CM - not, or vice versa. Please fix this and let's come up with some convention

All mappings to non-cancer modifiers are going to die. Those SNOMED concepts will be de-standardized. Also, SNOMED will abolish the secondaries and, similar to the OMOP Modifiers, create metastases instead.
