this looks like a good mapping on at a first glance, but it's not: 42656228 doesn't have Ingredient as an ancestor (irinotecan liposomal became Precise Ingredient) J9205 | 1314552 | Injection, irinotecan liposome, 1 mg | 42656228 | irinotecan liposomal Injectable Solution [Onivyde] -- | -- | -- | -- | --

not quite sure why one would map to the branded drug from this HCPCS code without reference to a brand, anyway... Maybe because it seems to be the only product... Would you rather target the Clinical Drug Form? But then we still have the Precise Ingredient, which to me seems the actual problem to solve... So, you would skip all those levels and go to the pure ingredient right away?

No, I mean that 42656228irinotecan liposomal Injectable Solution [Onivyde] Doesn't have ancestor_concept_id with the class = Ingredient. It's ingredient got deprecared.
