(submission) Destandardize NAACCR metastasis concepts and map to Cancer Modifier vocabulary

Confusingly, I found two separate file formats in the Onc WG drive for the requested submission file format of concept_relationship_stage so I have provided the same mappings in both formats. (Could you let me know which is correct?)

concept_relationship_stage_NAACCRMets.csv concept_relationship_stage_NAACCRMets_v2.csv

What is provided: -concept relationship table additions to map NAACCR mets to Cancer Modifiers

The changes are:

• Map the NAACCR metastasis concepts (domain of Meas Value) to equivalent Cancer Modifier concepts (domain of measurement)
  • If it breaks the rules to map from Meas Value to Measurement, I believe changing the domain of those NAACCR concepts first to Measurement would suffice
• Remove "standard" flag of NAACCR metastasis concepts provided

@rtmill hello. We will bring the mappings for the codes from based on your input. Compared to provided mappings we refactored and remapped only a minor portion (less then 200) of codes from generic Lymph node spread to Regional spread as it inherited from the Variable parent. The renaming of Values and Variables or thier domain change was not adressed that time as it pretty debatable
