Instructions

0. Create the initial issue.

In Athena, there is the concept id "36879094" for "alfa dibotermin" and separately "36879004" for "dibotermin alfa", can this be unified?

1. Read the documentation.

Done.

2. Choose the category of submission.

Choose the category of your submission and download the corresponding template:

I am not sure where this belongs.

36879004 OMOP989217 Dibotermin alfa Ingredient Standard Valid Drug RxNorm Extension 36879094 OMOP991424 Alfa dibotermin Ingredient Standard Valid Drug RxNorm Extension

Thanks for the catch! You probably also want all of the children of one of the drugs to be incorporated into the hierarchy of the other. Since RxNorm Extension is something we build in-house and handle programmatically, I suggest you create a bug report.

@aostropolets you mean to create another issue in the category "Faulty content|Feature request"? Can we not solve this here in this thread? I just double checked Athena again, the ATC 5th is dibotermin alfa, therefore I suggest to keep this as the better concept. If you do not want to delete anything but incorporate one in the other, I suggest to keep 36879004 as the good concept and incorporate anything from the other into this hierarchy.
