'CPT4 - SNOMED cat' relationship should NOT create a hierarchy #887

'CPT4 - SNOMED cat' relationship. set relationship.is_hierarchical = 0.

Here's my use case, I created concept set with male genitalia procedures, and these concepts were included: 2313992 Duplex scan of arterial inflow and venous outflow of abdominal, pelvic, scrotal contents and/or retroperitoneal organs; complete study 2102639 Mohs micrographic technique, including removal of all gross tumor, surgical excision of tissue specimens, mapping, color coding of specimens, microscopic examination of specimens by the...

Turned out that they have these relationships: image

So the concept meaning is 'AND/OR' (which is logical OR) it's scan of pelvis AND/OR abdomen AND/OR scrotum AND/OR retroperitoneal organs, while making these parts ancestors makes it AND cases
