Update and Add new concepts to Race Vocabulary

The OMOP CDM currently accepts these Accepted Race Concepts ONLY as the race_concept_id in Person.

The following common ethnicities are not included:

• "mixed/multiple"
• "other"
• "unknown"

I would like to ask for either 1. add standard concepts to Race Vocabulary or 2. update the following concepts to be Accepted Race Concepts

These are so-called flavors of null. They are not races. In OMOP, if we don't have information, we write concept_id=0.
