Incorrectly labeled codes #999

Two answer options (Concept IDs 1704120 and 1704077) are incorrectly labeled as "Yes" and need to be corrected to "Yes, within the last 12 months" (1704120) and "Yes, but not in the last 12 months" (1704077)

Additionally, two more answer options (Concept IDs 1704125 and 1704122) are incorrectly labeled as "Yes" and need to be corrected to "Yes, and this has caused problems in work or social relationships" (1704125) and "Yes, but has not caused problems in relationships" (1704122)
