Hey @katy-sadowski !

I hope these PRs are welcome! I have recently completed quite a large project OMOP-ifying raw data sources with dbt and duckdb, and am keen to contribute to this repo after pulling my hair out with OHDSI/ETL-Synthea! 🙃

I've got a few more ideas of things that could be cleaned up if welcome - let me know 😄

Thanks very much for your contribution! PRs are most welcome - this is the open source dream! For any additional cleanups feel free to keep opening PRs or filing issues. I'll definitely engage, so it will be worth your time. This repo is under active development and we're hoping to polish up the project ahead of the OHDSI Global Symposium in October where we're doing a software demo 😄
