[Bug] Unsupported pixel format #4219

Describe the Bug

I am experiencing an "unsupported pixel format" error, but I'm not sure what the cause is

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open Basic viewer

The current behavior

Unsupported pixel format Ảnh màn hình 2024-06-10 lúc 16 19 02 Ảnh màn hình 2024-06-10 lúc 16 19 09

The expected behavior

Image can be displayed

Could you kindly provide the data if it has been anonymized and you can confirm that there is no patient health information present in any of the headers or embedded within the pixel data?
