[Bug] Inconsistent circle values in measurements panel after going into MPR #4230

Describe the Bug

When a circle is created on an image the values in the measurements panel show the Area value & Max value. image

Then go into MPR and select the circle items in the measurements panel, two max values now display. image

Go back into 2x2 image

Steps to Reproduce

from testing in OHIF v3.9.0-beta.41

  1. select study acrin with 934 instances and go to the viewer page
  2. drag the CT series into the 1x1 viewport
  3. select the circle tool and create two circles on the image
  4. Open the measurements panel and observe the circle values = area + max
  5. go into MPR and select the measurement panel items = vales now include more than one max value
  6. go into 2x2 and the circle values remain with double max values

The current behavior

max value shows twice with different values

The expected behavior

I expected the max value to be the same on the 2x2, MPR and then back into 2x2
