[Bug] Extra images added to series when entering MPR with measurement on last image

Describe the Bug

More images are added when in MPR mode. This happens when a measurement is added before entering MPR for an MR study.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select MR study: PCAMPMRI and the viewer button = 1x1 viewport with S4 series with 30 total images
2. Scroll to the last image (30/30) and create a length measurement and yes to track the measurement
3. Select MPR = the 3 MPR viewports display however the total number of images = 38 NOT the 30 that we had seen in the 1x1 view and also not what is on the thumbnail
4. Scrolling through the axial image does not display the measurement created while in 1x1 grid layout and does scroll through 38 images. However, note that the first and last images are only partial images
5. Open the measurements panel and click to the item that was created in 1x1 layout = the images are now corrected to 30 in the series and note that the first and last images are no longer partial images

important Notes:

• This can also be recreated with MR study: multiframe MR where the series (S301) has 170 total images but when going into MPR = 240 total images
• When you are in MPR and have more images and create a length measurement, this measurement will NOT be tracked (remains a dotted line) and will NOT appear on the series when you leave MPR. Going back into MPR still displays the length created (in a dotted line) when in MPR if the series was not reset and still shows a greater image number

The current behavior

When entering MPR mode, more images are added to the series until you select the measurement through the measurements panel when at that time the series refreshes to show the correct number of images in the MPR viewports

The expected behavior

in and out of MPR mode, the number of images in the series should remain constant
