[Bug] Measurement made on last image in series appears on first image in series when in MPR #4304

Describe the Bug

Measurement made on last image in series appears on first image in series when in MPR

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select MR study: multiframe MR and the viewer button = 1x1 grid layout for S301 with 170 images in the series
  2. Scroll to the last images in the series = 170 and create a length measurement and yes to track measurements
  3. Select MPR
  4. Open the measurements panel and click on the one measurement that was made while in 1x1 layout = the measurement appears on the SAGITTAL not axial image BUT instead of on image 170 it appears on image 1/170
  5. **Also note that this image is black and should not be black
  6. Scrolling to image 170 = no measurement
  7. Turn off MPR and click on the item in the measurement panel = measurement on image 170
  8. **Also note that this image is black and should not be black

The current behavior

Measurement made on last image in series appears on first image in series when in MPR

The expected behavior

measurement should remain on same image # in the series no matter what layout is selected
