feat(hangingProtocols): added selection of the HangingProtocol stage from the url

Context

The change addresses the need for selecting the HangingProtocol stage from the URL (stageId). This enhancement allows users to navigate directly to a specific stage via a URL.

Changes & Results

Selection of the HangingProtocol stage from the URL. Users can directly navigate to a specific stage using the URL parameter ?stageId=desiredStageId if hangingProtocolIdToUse is defined.

Testing

You can test it on the tmtv hp (i've added id to each stage)
