[Feature Request] InterleaveTopToBottom improvement

What feature or change would you like to see made?

Under cornerstone > src > utils > interleaveTopToBottom.js, regarding comment:

Is there a timeline on when this will be implemented?

Why should we prioritize this feature?

This would enhance the loading for large PET/CT fusion studies.

That the InterleaveTopToBottom improvement mentioned in the comment here is implemented.

This means specifically that the volumes can be already loaded while not all viewports have been created yet.

Well, no I would like this to be implemented, as it isnt yet

I see, it's not a priority for us or on our roadmap, so I'll label it as available.
