Remove sdf timestamps (to remove parallelization constraints)
Update structure of MedTaggerOutputToOHDSIFormatTransform to match MedTaggerBackboneTransform
Separated creation of schema (can be imported in Backbone for re-use)
Null Note_Text field to reduce data transferred, can be retrieved via source table join using note_id
