Description of change

Adds fake data for review and a couple ffaker_wrapper methods for specific fields

Acceptance Criteria

Creates fake review data matching our proposed specifications (https://github.com/OHS-Hosting-Infrastructure/complaint-tracker-api-docs/blob/main/itams/specifications/0.0.1/0.0.1.yml)

How to test

Pry just check the spec tests and make sure it looks like our proposed API response here: https://github.com/OHS-Hosting-Infrastructure/complaint-tracker-api-docs/blob/main/itams/specifications/0.0.1/0.0.1.yml
