Why doesn't this repo show on my main page?

When I go the the main page (via onto-cat) the github-tutorial repo does not appear in my list of repos.

@DoctorBud or @jmcmurry can either of you help troubleshoot this (or did we already get it sorted? If so, let's close this ticket)
