Complete the transportation model #19

Make sure the model contains all the properties it needs to connect buildings to parking garages, bus stops, train stops, drop off locations, etc.

Note that the interactive map data dump contains all the bus stop and train stop entities. The Lyft spreadsheet from John Landolfe contains geo coordinates for all the drop off locations.

consider adding subtypes for bicycle, patient, visitor, and employee parking.
