Changes will be made to the REDCap project that add a second consent field for VUMC participants.

Patient is considered consented in the following circumstances:

OHSU and MU: [baseline_arm_1][icf_consent_73fb68] = ‘1’ AND consent form is complete

VUMC: [baseline_arm_1][icf_consent_73fb68] = ‘1’ AND [baseline_arm_1][authorize_vumc_hipaa] = ‘1’ AND consent form is complete
