Omron sync : auto refresh chart and recommendations on sync complete #202

We want to automatically refresh the chart and recommendations on the homepage once the Omron sync is completed. The end of the sync process flushes caches, so all that should be needed is to retrigger chart and recommendation building logic.

UI now auto-refreshes page assets as soon as the sync completes, should be good to go
