add "Now" button beside the date and time entry on the vitals entry page #95

it's cumbersome to require users to enter a date and time each time they want to manually enter readings, when it's likely that most of the time they'll want to use the current time. adding a "Now" button beside those date and time entry fields that auto-populates those fields with current timestamp data will simplify and streamline this process.
