  1. Olivia is a 54 year old female currently diagnosed with Hypertension. Despite taking 5MG of Bumetanide daily, her BP average remains well above her goal of 135/85. COACH indicates that a medication change may be in order. Olivia smokes daily and has a BMI > 25, so COACH also provides recommendations for lifestyle changes that may lower her blood pressure.
  2. Jack is a 78 year old male who is not currently taking medication for his diagnosis of Hypertension. His blood pressure average hovers slightly over his goal of 135/85. Therefore, COACH recommends considering medication to lower his blood pressure. Jack is also a smoker and has a BMI > 25, so COACH provides recommendations for lifestyle changes.
  3. Jill is a 30 year old female who is not currently taking medication for her Hypertension diagnosis. Recent blood pressure readings indicate that she has met her goal of 135/85. Jill is a smoker and has a BMI > 25, but since her Hypertension is currently controlled she does not receive medicinal or lifestyle change recommendations.
  4. Kyle is a 23 year old male who is currently taking 5MG of Bumetanide for his diagnosis of Hypertension. Recent blood pressure readings indicate he is below goal and his Hypertension is under control. Therefore, COACH does not offer recommendations for medicinal or lifestyle changes.
