redfire + screen share is not working #41

i have been set up for openfire and redfire both. but not able to share screen. 
when i click on viewer link in redfire test page then page loads but nothing 
shows.

Please help me to get rid of this problem.

couldnt also then install flash. but still getting errors error#2032. would 
like help
