Feature Request : ablity to exclude length ranges #417

So I frequently use --exclude-length and it's very useful, but I would like to be able to exclude a range of lengths, for when the status returned is always 200, but the length fluctuates by a few bytes.

thanks, implemented on the dev branch for now and will go into the next release
