Fix bugs with changing UN/PW #42

  1. Leaving UN/PW blank will change it to... blank (no characters).
  2. Changing username to another existing username does not cause an error (this is bad and can have unexpected results).
    • Having a minimum number of characters for username/password will fix the first issue.
