Allow nerdfont patching option as a superset of iosevka's TOML format #8

7 added support for my-font.toml input in Iosevka's private-build-plans.toml format.

This doesn't currently allow nerdfont patching, but we should add an option for that, and probably deprecate the old custom format when that's done.
