Warning when users provide newdata with too large/small spatial scale #12

Warning when users provide lat/long or shapes that are below the spatial resolution of the data set used to fit the model, e.g. lat/long is for villages inside an admin 2, but the data only had one data point per admin 2 unit.

Force people to provide distances in metres by using big color warning messages
