How would you determine if your tests that conduct the usability test is considered 'passed' or not? Is there a satisfaction metric you're looking out for? For T-UH7, there's mention of frustration and an error rate, but there's only a 1-5 rating of the clarity of the error messages, how do you intend to measure those?
