1 day ago Is there a reason to not include probabilities and impact separately? If there's just not enough space in the table im alright to approve as is
I just think its pretty hard to predict how often some of these things could happen, meaning the numbers don't really have much value. I can include low, medium, and high probability labels at best.
As suggested by a peer review, impact scores added. Did not add a probability column as probability was factored into the impact score
