Include incentives for Open Science

Discussion on incentives for Open Learning for students: How to get students trying communication and collaboration tools? -> I think they should be able to use them via a course, e.g. writing course protocolls on an etherpad. Here, we need practical examples how to implement OL practically. This should be part of OER. Another point is: How to assess students who participate in OL?

• Real-life experience: Many students communicate via Facebook. This works for small groups, if all members agree to FB. -> Many students are not aware that others don't want to use services like FB and communication fails. So, OL-teachers should make students aware.
• Real-life experience: If OL should be fostered in a course, discuss tools and communicaiton aspects at the beginning so that all could agree to them.
