Able to add workout plan with improper format #1

Using improper format will allow me to add exercises into workout plan without using proper format.

Thanks for the feedback, the design we implemented was actually to silently accept the latest parameter (closer to the end of the string). However we forgot to include this in the user guide and thus we shall just accept this as a low severity.
