Hardcoded path to refseq.msh does no exists #35

This line hardcodes the path to refseq.msh

This file does not appear to exist any longer. I am guessing the branch was renamed from master to main recently?

Since this breaks every old version of confindr I would suggest you recreate a master branch with this file in it.
