Docker Image #51

Dear ConFindrs

The container at https://hub.docker.com/r/olcbioinformatics/confindr/tags is out of date: v0.3.0, last pushed 5 years ago.

Is there another one somewhere? Are you planning to maintain one?

Hi @MrTomRod, sorry for the delayed response. We're working on a solution for this right now and should hopefully have an image available for download soon!

@MrTomRod The Biocontainers ConFindr v0.8.1 Docker image appears to be functional!

docker pull quay.io/biocontainers/confindr:0.8.1--pyhdfd78af_1

If this image doesn't suit your needs, please let me know and we can try to come up with an alternative.
