olsrd: various bugfixes #81

Two fixes encountered when running olsrd -d 2 -ipv6 -i "uplink" -f /dev/null, where the interface has no IPv4 address.

I am not quite sure if the error handling is correct (return value).

As I understand the OLSRd(v1) project does not have any maintainer. See: https://lists.olsr.org/pipermail/olsr-dev/2020-February/008465.html New maintainer applications are welcome.
