Add other symbols not directly supported by the standard

More of a backlog issue than something needed soon.

Two symbols which are used but not part of the Table 5 apparatus codes are:

• Disconnecting Circuit Breakers. Perhaps a name of EDCB. The current way these are represented is with the "x" of the circuit breaker made more like an asterisk:

• Combined Disconnector/Earth Switch - perhaps EDISES or EDE with three terminals and a symbol like:

For the Combined Disconnect Earth Switch, may I propose the following for consideration?	Name	Description
EDCES	Extension DisConnect Earth Switch
EDES	Extension Disconnect Earth Switch
ETPS	Extension Three Position Switch

Sticking to a length limit of 4 characters feels more right.

The proposed symbol appears consistent with equipment I've used.

Another suggestion for a symbol would be for "withdrawable" vacuum and air circuit breakers.

These breakers can be racked in and out remotely (motor operated) and have position status.

This is the kind of symbol I'm used to seeing:

I believe these are symbols from IEC 60617-7.

Proposed name is EWCB for Extension Withdrawable Circuit Breaker.
