How do you create a world within OMNE, apply the relevant tags, tweak or "house-rule" to make it fun, and make it actually playable.
"make it fit the OMNE purview" (in the Core Rulebook's Materials section) is sufficiently unclear that I don't know how to fix it. But it should be fixed.
