Hysope use hydroweb next #8

Hydroweb next drops the old API services and introduces a STAC API.

Their implementation of the STAC API is quite limited and it is almost impossible to leverage without the eodag package, so this PR is using it. Even though it is really not straightforward for our use-case.

@AdrienHydroMatters @gallaetitia I don't see any recent activity on the main branch (master). I propose that we port all those changes to master and use it again as our branch of reference
