[x] Zeb makes fair-pro repository and cleans up this repository so it only contains the v1.0.0 commit
[x] Zeb uploads to this repository to PyPI so people can install it with pip install fair

[x] When the paper comes out it's all ready to go and we have no nasty surprises...
