Lifetime corrections for AGWP and GWP #104

The GWP calculations - included as a non-core tool in FaIR - should include lifetime corrections: see section 2.4 in https://agupubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1029/2019RG000691 and 8.SM.13.5 in IPCC AR5 WG1.
