Clean out #90

This cleans out all of the FaIR1.X related stuff so it's easier for us to move forward

Hopefully all makes sense @JGBroadbent. It might mean you have to manually copy across any code changes (rebasing on top of this would be basically impossible) but hopefully this is the last time such manual work will be needed.
