More customizations and options #16

Hi! First of all, thank you for this package! I'm in love with it and want to add more customizations to my language.

I hope I was able to keep the new code in the already established standards. New options are documented and I kept the backward compatibilities (when translating first day of week).

Please, let me know any adjusts you need.
