Registration Page Deadline Updates #40

Just need to explicitly list deadlines on this page somehow. When early-bird ended, I got lots of emails from confused people, because it was still July 15 in whatever time zone they live.

Basically, we just need to find a way to say all deadlines are 11:59 p.m. ET.

@jeremiahnpatterson @jeannebrooks Can we add a small italicized line below the table but above the buttons to register?

Got in touch with Leah, who said closing on Oct. 14 (instead of Sept. 20 as currently listed) would be fine.

Assuming there aren't any problems with that date, I'll be changing this page and the Eventbrite tickets.
