Here's the Speaker Information Form embedded on ONA13: http://ona13.journalists.org/ona13-speaker-information-form/

It's a private page, so you'll have to be logged in to ONA13 backend to see it.

There are two parts: the basic info then the waiver.

Whatever email they input is where the confirmation email gets sent, along with a printout of what they inputted. The confim email has the link to ONA13 registration.

Let me know if there are changes. I tested it ok. Thanks!

@jeremiahnpatterson Jen and I are also unable to access the embedded form and we are logged into Wordpress. Jen was given a password prompt and that still didn't work. Could you check into this and get us a good link please?
