Presenter importer #73

Like we can import sessions, it would be nice to be able to easily import presenters.

Sessions should automatically be associated with presenters based on the presenter column.

@anekola @jeremiahnpatterson Importer is done. You can run it from the admin bar like the session importer:

Speakers and sessions are associated by Speaker Name, so the Speakers column in the Session spreadsheet will need to be appropriately updated.

If the Speaker import times out, it should be safe to run it a second time. The profile images are very large though, so we'll likely want to register a second image size:
