Add MarketWired Information to ONA13 Homepage #74

@jeremiahnpatterson The following information needs to go on the ONA13 home page -- preferably toward the bottom under the Sponsor header:

"We thank MarketWired for ONA press release distribution"

The logo should be linked to: http://www.marketwired.com/

@jstrelitz Should this be in the footer? Or can we use the logo areas we have reserved under Sponsors on the home page, and just add this text?

@anekola thoughts on incorporating this?

I think you can use the logo area, and add the text.

The only way to do this would be to hardcode it.

Is there no way we could implement this with the system we already have in place? That text is a 'must' on the homepage?

Could we put it in the image (similar to below) and upload them as a sponsor with a "Digital Sponsor" level?

The text that I sent is what we have agreed to contractually, so we need to stick to it, and have the logo displayed.

I apologize for not being precise. Still, could we put the text in an image with the logo?

I like it better below. Just not sure what we promised.

@anekola hmm, so I see the front page sponsor logos come from the sponsors in the system. Smart, but that means this image would have to be the same image we use for MarketWired across the site

@jstrelitz is that ok? MarketWired's sponsor page would have this same version. Basically, anywhere where MarketWired's 'logo' would show up, it'd have this special text with it.

Likely not. Is there a way to make 2 versions -- one for the rest of the site, and one for the front?

Theoretically, you could create a new sponsor post for this and assign it to the "digital sponsor" category.

We don't link to those pages from logos, not would it appear in the sponsor listing.

@anekola can we unlink the image? At the bottom of the front page, right now it links to the ONA13 website itself. But I also don't want it to link to the individual sponsor page — since we're using the hidden (digital) sponsor type to get the logo in there.

The logo (by our agreement) should be linked to: http://www.marketwired.com/

You just needed to put their URL in the external URL field.

All logos on the site should link to the external URL, when provided.

I changed this.
