Featured image tweaks #86

In blog posts, have featured image display a caption.

Also, allow for the featured image not to be displayed at all. Currently the two options are:

  1. Large, full-width above headline
  2. Normal, right-align within text

But a third option would be to assign a featured image (so it displays in category feed), but not have it display on the post page itself.

I have all these fixed; I can deploy them when the Midway changes to live

Can we deploy this now? People are posting links all over and they look terrible. This is especially embarrassing in the way it's showing up in the Social Journalism group.

@anekola looks like you already deployed the fix for ona13.journalists.org (the overall link) ... but can we also use that image for all the session and speaker pages, schedule and speaker grid?

The image was programmed in right, but the tags were throwing another error
