The on_issue_status API should be developed as an unsolicited call, please check
Please share two logs, one for ITEM category complaint and one for FULFILLMENT category complaint

Clarifications: respondent_action": "NEED-MORE-INFO " is not yet defined , not need to impement this yet .

respondent_actions should have the complete trail with both actions performed -- What are actions are expecting from your side, Can you Pls. share the Actions or If you have any Documants / JSON's

@srajagopaltvsein all the fields in respondent_action needs to have same values e.g timestamp , short description and all the remaining ones ,as this should not be changing in on_issue and on _issue _status
